Please contact Miles with the address of the building and photos of a few angles and distinguishing features you would like included, like a feature tree or door.
Please state the deadline for the work if it is a gift.
Miles will then provide a quote based on the amount of detail.
Once approved, a 50% downpayment is required before commencement of work.
Miles will do a pencil sketch for approval prior to painting.
The style is always from a front perspective, and sometimes a bit of creative license is required to ensure the facade is visible (like moving a tree).

THE MEDIUM
Each artwork is a unique watercolour and aquarelle pencil painting on an A4 sheet of archival 300gsm cold pressed watercolour paper.
Once completed the artwork is signed on the back and packaged with card in a plastic sleeve.

The price is usually around $350-500 + GST, based on detail.
Postage is an additional $20 within Australia, International is custom calculated.

FRAMING
For Australian clients, Miles can arrange framing by Mt Lawley Framers, with 3 choices of wood colour (picture of options provided). Cost is around $100, and framing is usually takes around 3-4 weeks.
Of course, you are welcome to organise framing yourself. However be aware, cheap frames usually fall apart over time.
